If you become a client, we may also collect information relevant to your coaching, including details about your sporting background, physical and mental health history, and performance goals. This information is shared voluntarily by you as part of the coaching process.

Where you are an existing client, we process your data on the basis of contractual necessity — we need certain information to deliver the service you have paid for. How We Store Your Information

If you enquire but do not become a client, we will retain your contact details for up to 12 months and then securely delete them unless you have asked to remain on our mailing list.

If you become a client, we will retain your information for up to 6 years following the end of our working relationship, in line with standard UK business record keeping requirements.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share your data with trusted third party tools and platforms necessary to deliver our services, such as email providers or scheduling software. These providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK data protection law.
